At Quentivara, we understand that sometimes our budget planning services might not meet your expectations. We offer refunds under specific circumstances to ensure fair treatment for all our users.

You're eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't actively used our premium features or downloaded any exclusive content.

Refunds are available for subscription fees, one-time payments for premium tools, and educational program enrollments. However, we cannot process refunds for services already consumed, such as completed one-on-one consultation sessions or downloaded learning materials.

If you've experienced technical issues that prevented you from accessing our services, we'll work with you to resolve the problem first. Should we be unable to fix the issue within 72 hours, you'll qualify for a full refund regardless of usage.

Students enrolled in our learning programs can receive partial refunds if they withdraw before completing 25% of the course content. Once you've progressed beyond this point, we'll offer credit toward future courses instead of cash refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

While we strive to be flexible, certain items cannot be refunded due to their nature or our agreements with third-party providers.

Downloaded content, including PDF guides, spreadsheet templates, and recorded webinars, cannot be refunded once accessed. Similarly, one-on-one consultation sessions are non-refundable after they've been conducted, though we can reschedule if needed.

Third-party integrations and partnerships sometimes have their own refund policies that we must honor. When you purchase services that involve external providers, we'll clearly indicate which refund terms apply before you complete your purchase.

Promotional pricing and discounted offers are final sale items. This includes flash sales, referral bonuses, and special partnership rates. The discounted price already reflects the non-refundable nature of these deals.
